a. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration: Name, email address, username, password, date of birth, and gender.
- Health and Fitness Data: Height, weight, body measurements, fitness goals, workout history, exercise performance metrics, personal records (PRs), nutrition logs, sleep data, and other health-related information you choose to enter.
- Professional Information (for trainers, coaches, and gym owners): Business name, certifications, professional bio, pricing, and availability.
- Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: Messages, support tickets, feedback, and any other content you send to us.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Device Information: Device type, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Session cookies, persistent cookies, and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve your experience.
- Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, time spent on the Platform, and interaction patterns.
c. Information from Third Parties
- Authentication Providers: If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g., Google), we receive basic profile information as authorized by you.
- Payment Processors: Stripe provides us with transaction confirmations and limited payment details.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
a. With Other Platform Users
- If you are a personal trainer, coach, or gym owner, your public profile information (name, bio, certifications, pricing) is visible to users who search for or connect with you.
- Workout plans and programs you create and share are visible to those you share them with.
- Progress data and metrics you explicitly choose to share with your trainer or coach.
b. With Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Cloud Platform — hosting and infrastructure
- Email service providers — transactional and marketing emails
- Analytics platforms — aggregated, anonymized usage data
- Customer support tools
All service providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
c. Business Transfers
If LogiQFit LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email or prominent notice on the Platform before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Health and Fitness Data
We treat health and fitness data with a high degree of care. This includes biometric data (height, weight, body measurements), performance metrics (strength, cardio capacity, speed, endurance records), nutrition and dietary information, sleep patterns and recovery data, and any injury history or physical limitations you disclose.
This data is used solely to provide and improve the Platform’s fitness services. We do not sell health data to insurance companies, employers, or data brokers. We do not use health data for targeted advertising.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in during your session, remember your preferences and settings, analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform, and prevent fraud and enhance security.
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account:
- Personal account data is deleted within 30 days.
- Health and fitness data is deleted within 30 days.
- Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
7. Your Rights and Choices
For All Users
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Account Deactivation: Deactivate your account at any time through your account settings.
- Marketing Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to keep your login credentials confidential. 9. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages without verifiable parental consent. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the Platform only with verified parental or guardian consent.
10. International Data Transfers
LogiQFit is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer. We take appropriate safeguards — including standard contractual clauses where required — to ensure your data receives adequate protection.
