How billing works
Clear before you commit.
How do monthly renewals and cancellation work?
New paid platform subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not normally end access immediately or create a prorated refund. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Read the current Terms.
How do AI credits work?
AI features have a displayed credit cost. AI Programmer uses 3 credits per scheduled training day: a 4-week program with 4 training days per week is 16 days × 3 = 48 credits. Review the cost before generating.
Does every plan unlock gym and trainer tools?
No. Access follows your subscription, role, and permissions. Gym operations also require verification and setup.
Are integrations and payment processing included?
Providers may charge processing, messaging, hardware, or subscription fees separately. Availability and activation requirements vary.
Is a trial available?
Any eligible trial and its duration are shown during signup or in the app. Eligibility restrictions apply; an account signup alone does not authorize a charge.
