Practical starting points for workout imports, AI programming, and preparing your gym.

01 / Workout imports

A better starting point than an empty form.

Open a workout and use text import to paste your session. Include exercise names and clear sets, reps, and units where possible. Review matched movements and any warnings, then check the saved sets before training.

Once your results are recorded, explore exercise history and muscle analysis. Those views are more useful when the underlying workout accurately reflects what you completed.

02 / AI programming

Give the planner useful context.

Choose your goal, experience level, available days, and session length. Reuse your saved equipment profiles and remove anything unavailable. Describe limitations clearly.

Review the credit cost and generated program. Check exercise choices, loads, pacing, and the start date. You can import a week or the entire program into workout history.

03 / Gym setup

Prepare for members before you invite them.

Gather your business and location details. Prepare your waiver, submit gym verification, and work through billing choices and booking policies. Add staff availability, programming tracks, class schedules, and your programming.

Verification and completed setup are required for normal member operations. Use the guide to check readiness; your gym remains responsible for its legal, professional, and facility obligations.
